Paignton Beach is a popular family beach within walking distance of Paignton town centre. the beach is divided by a traditional seaside pier which is open all year round and has amusements and cafes.

This traditional seaside resort has a long sandy beach with a promenade and offers many facilities and attractions. The waters are shallow and suitable for children paddling and there are pedalos and other boats for hire.

If the beach gets too much you can wander down to the southern end and explore the lively harbour at Paignton or even take a boat trip around the coast.

The beaches numerous facilities include disabled access, toilets and a pay car park.
